Since the moment Brothers Jorge, Eduardo and Walter Rodriguez opened their restaurant, Los Balcones has been a food news fixture rich with history. After all, the brothers grew up filled with Peruvian culture in Ica, Peru, just three hours south of Lima. Together they created a family place that not only pays homage to their roots but also takes unique traditional dishes and gives them a twist. Los Balcones menu has a mix of authentic Peruvian cuisine and family secrete recipes. Teammate Ariana Javaheri’s favorite thing about their menu is their home made Pisco.
