I live in “Rosedale”, a master planned community in the north edge of the city of Azusa along Sierra Madre Avenue and the San Gabriel Mountains. The residents of Rosedale move to this community because everything here is new, parks and trails are everywhere, walking and outdoor activities are easy and wellcomed.
We are still growing and every day we see new housing, new parks and new neighbors. Our goal is to become the best residential environment in the East San Gabriel Valley. As a member of the board of directors of North Rosedale Association, and a member of the real estate profession, I would like to hear YOUR ideas for how we can achieve our goal to become “THE BEST RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT IN EAST SAN GABRIEL VALLEY”.
Rosedale was planned to be a community of over 1200 homes with varied architectural styles including trails and parks interfaced througout. One of the most important elements of our community is the proximity to major transportation corridors and the coming of the Gold Line within a walking distance to most reidential neighborhoods. Many residents have moved here in anticipation for to fast clean and comftoble mode of tansportation to their employment centers in the region. I am also planning to take the Gold Line Metro to my TOWN SQUARE REAL ESTATE office in the city of Pasadena, just off Lake Street.
I walk our trails, parks and streets everyday not just for the exercise but also to analyse the location of the lots and the new homes. The style and size of the homes are quite veried and some lots provide panoramic views of the San Gabriel Valley.
