What does this mean to a seller?
By definition staging a home to sell means that you are preparing a private home to be viewed and sold to a potential buyer. The goal is to appeal to every potential buyer that steps into your home. As an agent it is my job to set the tone for the staging, offering my knowledge and expertise with buyers to educate the sellers and help them make their home as appealing as possible.
A very basic form of staging is removing almost of all the family photos that are around the home. You want to leave the home free for someone to let their imagination run wild and view their family living in the home.

Although selling a home that is being lived in can be a little bit harder it is not impossible. Just remember your goal is to appeal to all buyers.
