When driving through a neighborhood any given Sunday you may see signs with arrows that stand about 2 feet off the ground directing you to an open house.

These directional signs act like temporary mini billboards advertising a house that is for sale and the realtor holding that property open to the public.

While they may be little they have the power to alter the course of weekend traffic and give you the opportunity to check out a home that you may not have had access to any other way.
