The Little Beast had a fun day out last Saturday at the Northeast Los Angeles car show, Arroyo Roundup. This was the 2nd annual installation for the show, and it happened on Saturday October 5th, from noon to 6 PM.
The free, fun-filled, family community festival took place in Atwater Village, on the northbound side of Glendale Blvd, between Seneca and Brunswick Avenues, and it had food and drinks, and tones of live music and DJs. Some of the bands included Acoustic Set by Brian Aubert and Nikki Monninger of Silversun Pickups, Bebo and the Goodtime Boys, and the LA Hootenany. Some of the DJs included Luis Vasquez (The Softmoon), and Scarlett Casanova (Hang the DJs).
All types of classic cars were able to participate in the show, including hot rods, low riders, motorcycles, muscle cars, and exotics, along with all clubs and lone wolves. Registration was 25 bucks, and all proceeds were to benefit the SELAH Neighborhood Homeless Coalition.
