Though the last few weeks the whole world has been scrambling to figure life out through a pandemic, it seems that the dust is beginning to settle, and everyone is figuring out how to move forward in this new normal.
That is definitely the case with the real estate world. Although a lot of the infrastructure for going virtual was already there for us, implementing everything took some time. And now, we have a pretty good structure and process to follow, and we know this will help give some clarity and assurance of how becoming a home-owner is still quite possible for anyone.
1. Home search- we will send you listings that fit your needs
2. Virtual Tours- Find something you like? We will either send you a link to a virtual tour, or, schedule a showing so we can visit the home and video-chat with you while we’re there. (If you prefer to view the home in person, that can also be arranged before submitting an offer.)
3. Submit Your Offer! – You can E-sign all paperwork and email it back to us!
4. Last Details- All inspection and appraisal reports can be emailed to you. Your funds can also be electronically wired to the escrow company.
5. Closing- We will arrange for and deliver any official documents that need official signatures.
6. Congratulations, you’re a home owner! It’s really that simple!
