A family member threw out the idea of selling their home and thats when the idea was sparked, if people where willing to invest in the Hamilton Family Brewery why couldn’t they sell their home to get the capital to invest in their American Dream. Their 700-square-foot hoe in Rancho Cucamonga’s Victoria neighborhood, with two bedrooms and one bath would be sold.
Although some real-estate agents doubted the equity that had built into the home, which they’d purchased in 2009 for $195,000. It sold within three days for $283,000. They cleared about $72,000.
Their fate was sealed the Hamilton Family Brewery moved their family to north Upland.

Each beer has a story and each painting has a local scene — Cucamonga Canyon, an orange grove, the stone church on Archibald Avenue — and sometimes incorporates the couple’s friends.
The tasting room is open 4 to 9 p.m. Thursdays, 4 to 10 p.m. Fridays and 2 to 10 p.m. Saturdays. They have no employees, just four volunteers who help the couple brew and serve.
