Hike to Ernest Debbie Park to get a 360 degree view of Los Angeles!; ranging from Downtown, to the snow capped mountain peaks! Located in the Arroyo Seco neighborhood just northeast of Downtown LA this park is the perfect retreat into nature! The trail consists of a beautiful 5 mile loop that will take an estimated 3 hours to complete.
The park features the , . Audubon Center at Debs , the very first carbon-neutral building in the United States. The center provides free info on all the park has to offer, from bird maps, to map trails, all the way to free binoculars! This center is sure to bring the kid out in all of us!
The park shines in different ways in all seasons, cool and slow during the winter, warm and buzzing during the summer! Whilst enjoying your hike you may want to stop and take a break and eat your lunch at the marvelous lake Ernest Deb has to offer.

*Please note that the Center is open from 9AM to 5PM, Tuesday through Saturday. When the Audubon Center is not open, the gate to their parking area is closed but the area is still accessible to pedestrians.
