Economic Development in Downtown Los Angeles

Downtown Los Angeles has gone through some major changes in the last few years starting with the Ritz-Carlton/Marriott on the left and the Marriott Courtyard/Marriott Residence Inn on the right.We have seen the many different ideas for the Staples Center redesign

And the completion of the Broad Museum.

We saw rooftop lounges and rooftop pools go up all over town

And mega projects begin like the Metropolis.

A big part of the changes happening in Downtown LA is thanks to the  Downtown LA Economic Development team. Their mission is to improve and revitalize Downtown Los Angeles.

The Economic Development team focuses on key sectors of the Downtown economy, including: Office & Industry, Retail & Hospitality, Residential Development, Arts & Culture, and Streetscapes & Public Spaces.
