This past weekend I was fortunate to be able to attend the downtown housing tour offered on www.downtownla.com. As a Downtown Los Angeles Real Estate Agent I feel it is important to stay up to date on different buildings and the HOA rates and the amenities offered. The Downtown Los Angeles Real Estate market can move very quickly. The Downtown Los Angeles housing tour was very valuable. The head tour guide Hal, was a big part of bring many restaurants to Downtown Los Angeles and I feel was invaluable to this tour he offered much of his knowledge to tour goers and made the day fun and light. You travel by bus to see 6 different residents some Condo/Rentals/Leases. All of the location showcase their amenities and gave you a clear view as to what they had to offer. If you are in the market to live in Downtown Los Angeles then this should be your first stop. This Downtown Los Angeles Tour if offered once a month with the next tour on Dec. 7th.
