Art Fair

Art and real estate go hand in hand.

Art beautifies the home and community in which we live in and Town Square Real Estate works to help people find a house to call home in the San Gabriel foothill communities and beyond.

As a member of the South Lake District of Pasadena for almost a decade Town Square opened its doors on April 21st for the it’s 1st art fair.

A dozen artists participated in the event, which was held at our offices on the corner of Hudson and Del Mar. Artists ranging from painters to mixed media artist, photographers to glass art, filled the first two stories of the craftsman bungalow. Music provided by Pasadena Unified School District students filled the building as refreshments and sweet treats were served.

Since the event was well received, plans have started for the next art fair which will be held this Summer.

We are happy so many community members were able to attend our inaugural art fair but if you missed this event please mark your calendars for August when our next art fair will be held.
