The annual Vintage Fashion Show and Tea at the Heritage Square Museum returns on Saturday April 13 with “Romance Through the Ages.”
Do not witness, but EXPERIENCE 300 years of fashion history centering around this theme, with narrators telling historic stories revolving around the styles of the time, all while models parade authentic period costumes and vintage gowns down the outdoor runway, surrounded by gorgeous, restored Victorian homes. And because time travel often makes you hungry, you’ll also enjoy a sit down tea with finger sandwiches and desserts.
The magic begins at 11 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. Tickets are available for $55, or $45 for members of the Heritage Square Museum. Child tickets are also available for ages 6 – 12 for $15, or $10 for members.
Heritage Square Museum is a living history museum about So-Cal’s first 100 years of statehood. It consists of eight historic structures, constructed during the Victorian Era, that were saved from demolition. Through guided tours, living history performances, hands-on training, exhibitions, and special events, the museum aims to educate the public about the everyday lives of Southern Californians close of the 19th Century into the early decades of the 20th Century.
