This year’s Halloween Carnaval will will take place on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., over a one-mile stretch of Santa Monica Boulevard/Historic Route 66 between Doheny Drive and La Cienega Boulevard.
