The 17th annual Wiggle Waggle Walk had hundreds of dogs taking their owners for a walk around the Rose Bowl Sunday morning to help raise over $260,000, and rising, to support the Pasadena Humane Society. The donations will provide food, shelter and medical care to homeless animals, nearly 12,000 of which are taken in by the PHS every year. Walkers got to choose either a 1 mile or 3 mile walk around the outside of the Rose Bowl stadium before enjoying a free Pet Expo at Brookside Park. Carol Kirby, Chairman of the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA’s Board of Directors says “It’s inspirational to see thousands of people and over a thousand dogs all gathered together through emotional support letter help the animals in our community.”
